With a strong focus on steady progress he ensures that we are getting things done with a lean and agile setup. Together with Daniel he serves as managing director for the company.
Sebastian graduated from university with a degree in history and education. His experience of working for the German armed forces for over a decade strengthened his desire and ability to empower people to live up to their full potential.

Daniel's responsibility spans from business, finance and legal to technology issues related with our operations. By always searching for creative hacks to solve what might look like impossible, he helps to integrate the upcoming technological and economic challenges into our services and long term development strategies.

Professor for Sustainable Urbanism
Professor Melanie Humann's experience and guidance is essential to the urban transformation aspects of our workspace development projects.
She holds the professorship for Urban Design and Sustainable Urbanism at the Dresden University of Applied Science. With her background as architect and urban design director at Urban Catalyst Studio in Berlin we aim to transform the way people work and play by making sure to always apply state of the art methods and knowledge.
She will also connect the next generation of skilled and entrepreneurial students to learning and work opportunities that develop around our activities.
Dr. Ralph Sonntag
Professor for Marketing
Professor Dr. Ralph Sonntag shares his experience in business development, market analysis and helps us to cultivate entrepreneurial spirits that are the buttresses for every young enterprise and for growing companies.
He is professor for marketing at the University of Applied Sciences in Dresden and scientific leader of the university's incubator. After studying business administration and his PhD thesis in business informatics he worked for the management and technology consultancy Diebold. His experiences are in the field of building startups and business development.
Prof. Sonntag sees entrepreneurial education as an important base for every student. New ideas that transform into new enterprises are vitally needed for the economy. He also knows the typical challenges and senses of pleasure being an entrepreneur because of his own experiences as a founder.
